Close pass on Tinshill Road RJ07 PJC

Driver overtook my son who was behind me then passed me with his off side wheels inside the white lines in the middle of the road. He was less than 1.5m from the kerb as he passed me.

Driver turned right only a few metres up the road and had to stop due to oncoming traffic anyway.
