Driver overtakes forcing oncoming traffic to stop

Riding slow up hill (Kalamunda WA) a driver overtakes on a bend.
While I appreciate the space they gave, overtaking at that point was not smart, & they drive head on into oncoming traffic & forced them to stop.
I got the evil stink eye from the other driver too!.
