High speed miss by inches – would have been fatal
2 Aug, 2025 - 7 months ago - on Sand Hill Road My wife (person in the video) riding ahead of me was moving across the I-280 Southbound Sand Hill Rd West exit after I had signaled to a car that was coming up the exit ramp that we were moving across and over. My wife and I were both clearly visible with yellow jackets on. The driver never slowed down (was doing something between 50-60 mph) and blasts by the right side of my wife. It was a few inches from having completely wiped her out, which likely would have been fatal at the speed the car was going.
