Red Mart Van Incursion

Coming from the north end of Thomson Road, having just turned right down Newton Road, a Red Mart Van coming from Khiang Guan Ave turned right out in front of me even though the driver must definitely have seen me since he actually stopped before commencing to move forward out in front of me.
