Riding east on East Coast Park Service Road a car coming from Marine Parade Flyover was either hit by a sudden case of blindness or possibly a case of sh.. to the brain since the driver quite deliberately turns into East Coast Park Service Road well aware that a bike is approaching at less that 15 meter. It is always a mystery how this type of person managed to get a drivers license in the first place.
