Tesla 200X nearly crashes into the back of me on a climb

As I was just reaching the end of the hill on Hurst Lane, as the road ramped up and narrowed, a Tesla Reg 200X coming quickly behind me, nearly crashed into the back. He then performed a punishment pass just before the junction.
