Tow Truck Can’t Be Bothered Waiting or Changing Lanes

I came out of the shoulder as it ends after Castlerea St and made sure the truck had time to slow down.

Instead, he just kept coming anyway and passes me with about 50cm clearance in a 70km/h zone.
