Hyundai Reg DC67 LFC Overtakes on wrong side of the road before entering the roundabout

Cycling aliong London Road, approaching the small roundabout with Tattenham Corner Road, I manoeuvred towards the right as I wanted to turn right at the roundabout. A Hyundai Reg DC67 LFC came from behind , overtook on the wrong side of the road, cut in across me, to ger to the roundaboiut first and turn left.
