Lethal drain ahead leads to ute driver giving me a nudging

I was riding downhill on Welshpool Road East and was positioned to avoid a lethal side entry drain coming up ahead. (The side entry drain cannot be ridden across on a road bicycle.) A ute behind me had ample time to slow down before passing, and indeed the road opened up to an extra lane a few meters later. Despite how easy it was to avoid hitting me, they still managed to bump against my right arm. Luckily, I was holding on tight and was able to recover my line without falling off.
